Andrew Kerr

Andrew Kerr is a Research Officer at DataFirst, University of Cape Town, since May 2011. Andrew obtained DPhil and Mphil degrees in Economics from the University of Oxford and a BCom (Hons) and BSc from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. His previous experience includes consulting work for the World Bank (2009 and 2011); working as a Centre for the Study of African Economies research assistant and helping to run a labour market survey in Tanzania (2008-2009) and working as a consultant for the South African Competition Commission (2008).
