Pokhara University
Ajay Thapa is an Associate Professor at Pokhara University. His main research areas include population, gender and development economics. In particular, his research has examined topics such as microenterprises and household income, the impact of gender diversity on firm performance, and foreign employment in Nepal. He holds a PhD in Development Administration from the National Institute of Development Administration in Bangkok, a Master in Population, Gender and Development from Pokhara University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities from Tribhuvan University.
