Tufts University
Carolyn is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics and Public Policy at Tufts University. Her research interests are in development economics, with a particular focus on firms, especially small and micro enterprises, and issues of urban development in low-income countries. Before coming to Tufts, she worked for the Federal Reserve Board and earned a B.S. in engineering from the University of Virginia.
