Eugene Tan

Columbia University

Eugene Tan is a PhD candidate in Sustainable Development at Columbia University. He holds a MeSc from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and a BA from Colorado College. He researches topics related to energy and climate systems, international trade and transport, and economic growth. He previously worked at the World Bank and at a startup as a data scientist, and at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace on the intersection between foreign policy and energy-climate issues.
