Even Soltvedt Hvinden is Associate Professor in Economics at the University of Tromsø; he holds a PhD in economics from the BI Norwegian Business School (March 2021). His research focuses on the theory and measurement of dynamic strategic competition, with applications to industrial organisation and political economy.
