Garth Frazer is an Associate Professor of Economic Analysis and Policy in the Department of Management at the University of Toronto, Scarborough. His research is focused on trade and industrial development, particularly in Africa. Garth received his PhD in Economics from Yale University, an MA from the University of Toronto and a BMath from the University of Waterloo.
