Kevin Rowe

Kevin Rowe is a PhD Candidate in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and a Pre-Doctoral Fellow of the Harvard Environmental Economics Program. He is interested in environmental and energy economics and policy, particularly in developing countries. Prior to beginning his PhD, Kevin was a Research Fellow at Evidence for Policy Design at Harvard, where he worked on randomized field evaluations of reforms to air and water pollution control policies in India. Kevin has a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Hamilton College. Following his undergraduate degree, Kevin was a Thomas J. Watson Fellow and worked at the World Resources Institute.
