Kirsty McNeill

Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR)

As the Senior Projects Officer at the Centre for Economic Policy Research, Kirsty is responsible for the management and administration of the PEDL programme. She currently manages the Major Research Grants and works with grantees in complying to budget and contract requirements.

Prior to this, Kirsty worked as a Project Assistant for IBF International Consulting in Brussels, a private consultancy that implements EU funded projects. She was responsible for assisting in the administration and management of projects worldwide. Kirsty has also done voluntary work with the United Nations in Morocco raising awareness of HIV AIDS and Oxfam in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Kirsty graduated from the University of Coventry with a Bachelor’s degree in Languages for International Business. Her dissertation was on how key populations affected by HIV AIDS in Morocco are hindered by social and cultural barriers.
