Margaret McMillan is an Associate Professor of Economics at Tufts University and a Senior Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute. Her research interests include international trade and investment focusing primarily on developing countries. She holds a PhD in Economics from Columbia University, an MPA from Princeton University and a BA from Boston University.
