Rwanda Revenue Authority
Richard Dada is the Head of the Revenue Investigation and Enforcement Department at the Rwanda Revenue Authority. As head of the department, Richard's uses his experience in the field of tax and customs administration to support the RRA's efforts to combat fraud and smuggling, particularly in relation to customs operations issues, VAT fraud, misuse of investment facilities and fraud in domestic taxes.
