Santosh Harish is a Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi. Santosh’s research interests lie in the areas of energy and environment policy, specifically distribution of electricity, and regulation of air pollution. He received his PhD in Engineering & Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
