Tommaso Ciarli is a Senior Research Fellow at the Science Policy Research Unit at the University of Sussex. His research interests are in the area of technological change, institutional change, and economic development. He holds a PhD in Economics and Industrial Development from the University of Birmingham and the University of Ferrara.
