Victor Pouliquen

Victor Pouliquen is a Postdoctoral Prize Research Fellow at Nuffield College, University of Oxford. His research studies how public policies affect formal and informal institutions in developing countries. Previously he was a Research Manager at the Jameel Poverty Action Lab (JPAL) in Paris and prior to that, he was the Acting Country Director for Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) in Morocco. He completed his PhD in Economics and his Masters in Economic Analysis and Policy at the Paris School of Economics.
