Yongseok Shin is a Professor of Economics at Washington University in St. Louis. Before Washington University, he was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also a Research Fellow of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and the National Bureau of Economic Research. He received his PhD in Economics from Stanford University and his BA in Economics from Seoul National University in Korea. His research interests include macroeconomics, economic growth, economic integration, and labor economics.
