Alexander Segura is a PhD student in Business Economics at Harvard University. Prior to starting his Ph.D., he was a Project Associate for Innovations for Poverty Action in Uganda, leading randomized impact evaluations in the field. He has also been an Economic Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis in St. Louis, Missouri. Alexander’s main research interests lie in development economics, international trade, and public finance.
