Lawrence Edwards is a Professor in the School of Economics, a Researcher within the Policy Research on International Services and Manufacturing and a Research Associate of the Southern Africa Labour and Development Research Unit at the University of Cape Town. His research interests fall within the field of international trade and development in Africa. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Cape Town.
