Xiaobo Zhang is a Senior Research Fellow in the Development Strategy and Governance Division at the International Food Policy Research Institute and a Chair Professor of Economics at Peking University. His research interests include agricultural economics, development economics, and the Chinese economy. He holds a PhD in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
