Eliana Carranza is a Senior Economist in the Social Protection and Jobs Practice of the Jobs Group at the World Bank and an Adjunct Lecturer at the Harvard Kennedy School. Her interests include both policy practice and research within the fields of development and labour economics. Eliana holds a PhD in Political Economy and Government (Economics) from Harvard University and an MPA in International Development from Harvard University.
