The Climate & Environment Theme of the Private Enterprise Development in Low-Income Countries (PEDL) programme invites submissions for a workshop to be held in person on Wednesday 26 July at MIT Sloan, Boston.
Paper submissions or extended abstracts are welcomed on any topic relating to the role of private enterprise in addressing the challenges of managing and adapting to climate change and environmental risks, mitigating emissions and decarbonization, and improving local environmental conditions in developing countries. The deadline for submissions is 6 pm BST on May 12.
The workshop will combine paper presentations with sessions that aim to help shape the agenda of PEDL’s new Climate & Environment theme and the associated upcoming calls for funding proposals.
