Russell Toth is an assistant professor in the School of Economics at the University of Sydney,. He is a development economist with primary research interests in the economics of entrepreneurship in developing countries. He is particularly interested in the emergence of enterprises with high growth potential, with ongoing work focusing on the role and formation of human capital specific to entrepreneurial activity. He completed his Ph.D. in Economics at Cornell University.
