Jamie McCasland is an Assistant Professor in the Vancouver School of Economics at the University of British Columbia. She earned a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Her research is in development  economics, with a focus on labor markets and firms.

This study conducts a two-stage randomized controlled trial involving a government-sponsored apprenticeship training program to examine the impacts of apprenticeship labour inputs on different firm outcomes.
